Commonwater Partners completed the construction and sell-out of Lumen Charlestown, a 30-unit ground-up condominium development, in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston in Q2 2018. The project includes best-in-class unit finishes, a Peloton-equipped fitness center, private roof deck cabanas with City and water views, and 30 parking spaces.
