Granite Woods Commerce Center (GWCC) is a Class A Warehouse and Distribution facility situated on a 45-acre site zoned for commercial & industrial uses at 47 Hackett Hill Road in Hooksett, NH. Delivering in two phases (203,000 SF and 297,000 SF, respectively), upon completion GWCC will contain a total of 500,000 SF, 67 loading docks, 86 trailer storage spaces, 403 vehicle parking spaces, two drive-in doors, 54’ column spacing and 36’ clear heights. The project provides superior highway access, located just 1/2 mile from I-93, and will be built to meet the underserved demand for large-scale warehouse space in the Boston Metropolitan industrial market. GWCC is targeted towards national and large regional logistics, e-commerce, grocery and retail tenants, as well as non-nuisance manufacturing. The project proceeded with site and infrastructure construction in 2022 and is currently pad ready.
